Yes! We can schedule a house call service to check your computer and if it is not repairable at your location we can collect it for repair at our shop.
In most cases the repair of the laptop will be significantly cheaper than replacing the laptop with a brand new one.
Also usually repaired and upgraded old laptop works even better than new one.

We strive to repair your desktop or laptop as quickly as possible. In most cases, software problems can perform same-day repairs or within 24 hours. Hardware problems that require ordering parts 5-7 business days. However, this will depend on our current workload, as well as the level of work needed to repair your Computer.
This will depend on many different factors, but usually not more than 10 business days.
Laptop motherboards are extremely complex and, in some cases, the best and the most cost-effective solution is to replace them. Normally it takes between 5 to 10 business days to complete.
We do not hold batteries in stock, because long storage kills batteries. We always order new and fresh.
Replacement will take place on the day the battery is delivered to us. Delivery takes 4-7 business days.
Yes, that is not a problem and it’s something we do often. We would still need to collect your laptop and carry our own diagnostics to provide an accurate repair quote. We are unable to provide quotes over the phone or provide ‘false’ information on our estimate report.
For software problems, we can perform same-day repairs or within 24 hours
Most of our clients don’t know what is wrong with their computers, for sure we can help.
It’s not really possible to tell you what the problem is over the phone without carrying out our own physical diagnosis.
The payment is always made after the job has been completed unless we are ordering parts on your behalf, in which case we would ask you to make a deposit at the amount of the costs of the parts.
From time to time we might ask you to present us photos of your computer problem. It helps us better diagnose a problem and provide you with a more accurate quote for the repair.
This will depend on the problem you are experiencing. If you have a hardware problem we can do repairs without it, if you have a software problem of course we need it.
The only time we would access any documents or photos held on your laptop is if required to do so at your request.
We only access files that are required to carry out a successful repair and those files are OS system files.
If we can’t repair your laptop or desktop, then you will have nothing to pay.
If the client chooses not to go ahead with the repair due to the cost of the replacement parts, we do charge a diagnostic fee.
We offer our clients a ninety days parts and labor warranty on all the parts we supply and install.
We provide a 5-day user test period for all software related repairs. Which means that if the ‘same’ problem occurs again within the 5 days,
we will be happy to help. If problem arises based on customer activities (infection, system file damage or corruption) 5 days warranty not applied.
You do not have to book your visit , just stop by during the business hours.
Yes. We can repair any Apple computers: iMac, Mac mini, MacBook, MacBook Pro and MacBook Air.
We have a special data recovery service and can retrieve lost or corrupted data from almost any type of storage.
Yes, we can help with OS and software installation and updates, internet connection and virus and malware protection. In addition, we can transfer all data from your old to new computer.

We can usually help with software related printer’s issues. However, we don’t repair printer hardware faults.
No! Unlike other computer companies, our repairs have a fixed price and you will know it before we start.

This really depends on the type of computer issue. Usually, we will take the computer away if we forecast the repair will take several hours

Yes, charge depends on customer location and requested service.
We do not allow customers to wait while a repair is being carried out, this is due to safety and more importantly, repairs can take a few hours to complete and we are not specifically working on one repair during this period.
We have a diagnostic service charge since sometimes it takes up to 2-3 hours to diagnose a repair after which the customer may decide not to proceed, this charge covers that time.
Bring your device, pay a diagnostic deposit fee, wait for an estimate, make a decision about repair, wait for repair or if you decide not fix it pick it up or let us know and we will recycle it.
Usually we do allow friends or family to collect a computer on your behalf if you are unable to make it, however, they must have one form of photo identification, the repair receipt and pay all outstanding repair costs, before we will release the computer.
We do not use any external services. All repairs are done by Palm Coast Computer and TV Repair at the repair store location.
Payments are made in-store personally, we do not accept over the phone payments.
We can repair most computers & devices of any age, but sometimes this is not the case if we cannot obtain replacement parts or supported software.

This depends on the fault and parts availability. If we have your parts in stock, we like to turn around jobs within 24 hours or the same day. If your parts have to be ordered usually from 5-7 days.
Not usually, unless it is a known, simple fault or we have your parts in stock, but we can arrange pickup and delivery service if you have no chance to deliver your tv or computer to our shop.
Yes. Usually standard warranty three months is given but only on the specific repair that has been carried out.
Really there is no answer without diagnosis, because there are many different brands and models, hundreds of different parts. It depends on many things.
Yes we do, we ask you for a diagnostic deposit . Our charges are based on size and model, and will give a clear idea of the total cost of repair.
The deposit is not a separate inspection fee. It is taken off your final bill if you decide to go ahead with the repair.
Yes. Written estimates that are required for insurance purposes are usually equal to the estimated fee for particular equipment, which is usually refundable from your insurer.
Yes, We do usually offer a pick up and delivery service, this will incur a charge based on your location, type of equipment and additional services. Please call for details.
You are an owner of a personal electronic device such as a computer or TV which is old or broken and not working anymore. We can recycle it for you. For computers you should erase all personal or confidential data before recycling it. We are not liable for any data on your device. If by any reason you have no ability to do it, we can help and delete any personal or confidential data on any internal storage device such as a HDD, SSD or SIM card for very reasonable fees. Before recycling your device, you should always:Back up any sensitive data such as photos, contacts and messages. And again if you need help with Back up we can help and save all your data before your device will be destroyed. If your old electrical equipment is still functional and/or could be repaired, you may want to consider repairing it and donating it to a charitable organization, or giving it to your friends or neighbors. By extending the lifetime of your old equipment, you are contributing to the efficient use of resources and avoiding additional waste.
Sorry but we DO NOT accept for recycling CRT TVs and Computers older than 12 years.
